How do I measure my door frame for a replacement?
Measure the width and height of the inside of the door frame in three places (top, middle, bottom) and use the smallest measurement. For thickness, standard doors are typically 35mm or 44mm.
What is the typical delivery timeframe for internal doors?
Standard stock items are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Bespoke or custom-sized doors may take between 4 to 8 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Do your doors come pre-finished or unfinished?
We offer a variety of options including fully finished (painted or lacquered), primed (ready for a final coat), and unfinished (natural wood requiring sanding and sealing).
What is your return policy if the door doesn't fit?
You can return standard-sized doors within 14 days of delivery, provided they have not been cut, hung, or painted. Please note that custom-made or bespoke doors are non-returnable.
Are your glass doors safety-rated?
Yes, all our glazed doors feature toughened safety glass that complies with current building regulations (BS EN 12150) to ensure maximum safety in your home.
Do you offer an installation service?
Currently, we operate as a supply-only retailer to keep our prices competitive. We recommend hiring a qualified joiner or carpenter to ensure a professional fit for your new doors.
